Hypro Express Nozzle Body End Caps Boost Water Efficiency

Hypro Express Nozzle Body End Caps Boost Water Efficiency

Design eliminates much of trapped air, which boosts reaction times by up to 85%.

The Express nozzle body end cap from Hypro adds a "souped up" dimension to sprinkler systems taking their cues from GPS satellite signals.

By eliminating much of the air trapped in conventional boom designs, the Hypro Express uses a diaphragm check valve to maintain water pressure near the nozzle, and boost reaction time to boom shut-off valves by up to 85% over standard equipment.

The Express nozzle also provides a much cleaner look by terminating the pipe at the last nozzle body -- which reduces pipe material by as much as 10% in some applications. An optional removable end plug allows for easy access to the boom for cleanout and for flushing debris from the boom pipe.

Hypro's Express nozzle body end cap provides quick response to GPS commands to sprinkler machines designed to squeeze water efficiency to its maximum.

The Express nozzle body end cap is currently available for 1" nominal pipe.
